ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus directing the second Respondent to conduct preliminary investigation of the complaint of the Petitioner dated 26.01.2026 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has made a complaint before the second respondent police on 26.01.2026, against the private respondents. Since the same was not considered so far, he has sought indulgence of this Court in this writ petition.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that CSR No.8 of 2026 was issued on 09.04.2026 and enquiry is still pending. The same will be concluded shortly.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
