The Honourable High Court, in its order under reference cited, has directed the Registry to call for a report from the Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, as to whether the pendency of the bail petition before this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.8631 of 2021 is informed/mentioned in the bail application filed on behalf of the accused/Elangamani. The report shall reach the court on or before 19.07.2021. As directed, you namely the Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli is hereby required to submit your report as stated supra, to this Registry on or before 18/7/2021 as the matter stands posted on 19/07/2021.
