Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records pertaining to the transfer order issued by the second respondent in Reference No. ThaAPoKa/Trichy/Pi.Pi3/1074/2023 dated 01.04.2023 and relieving order passed by third respondent in Reference No. TNSTC/KUM/TRY/TKI No. SPL dated 04.04.2023 and quash the same as illegal and unconstitutional. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. I have been spared the labour of going into the issue of working hours. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation states that the Management is ready to accommodate the petitioner in Trichy mufassal. The petitioner has also no objection. The Management is ready to issue revised posting order within two days. The petitioner is also ready to join in the new place on 12.06.2023. The petitioner will not be subject to any disciplinary action for not having joined in the transferred place pursuant to the impugned order. The intervening period will be regularized by the Management as per their regulations.
