ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) The petitioner has filed the present writ petition as a Public Interest Litigation alleging that the fourth and fifth respondent schools are collecting excess fees from the students.

2.Though certain documents have been relied upon by the petitioner, the genuineness of those documents is doubtful. Further, it is stated that representations were submitted to the authorities; however, no action has been taken regarding the alleged collection of excess fees. 2/5

3. The writ petition has been filed on the allegation that respondents 4 and 5 are collecting excess fees. However, no specific particulars or supporting materials have been furnished to substantiate the allegation. A Public Interest Litigation cannot be encouraged on the basis of vague and unsubstantiated averments, particularly when it appears to have been filed for some ulterior motive.
