Writ petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent No.2 to extend the lease period of the petitioner for shop No.14 at TUFIDCO shopping complex T.Kallupatti Town Panchayat Bus Stand and shop Nos.20, 24, 19, 18 and 25 at T.Kallupatti Town Panchayat Bus Stand for a further period of 3 years upto April 2019 and further upto 2021 in accordance with the Government Order in G.O. Ms.No.92 dated 03.07.2007 within the time period stipulated by this Honourable Court respectively.
