ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 14.06.2018.

2.When the matter came up for hearing on 11.07.2018, this Court, after hearing both sides, has directed as follows:- "5.In the light of the above submissions made by both sides, this Court directs the petitioner to appear for an enquiry before the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Vedasandur and the said officer shall proceed with the enquiry in accordance with law and conclude the same, after providing an opportunity to both parties and submit a report before this Court on 17.07.2018". 3.Today when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the complaint of the petitioner dated 14.06.2018, has been registered in Crime No.224 of 2018 on 16.07.2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

294(b), 354 A, 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 and he has also produced a copy of the FIR before this Court.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
