ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the second respondent police frequently called the petitioners and harassed them under the guise of enquiry.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that a complaint has been registered against the father and mother of the second and third petitioners herein and they absconded, due to which the petitioners were enquired. He would https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

further submit that the second respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioners; no case and no CSR is pending against the petitioners herein; and the presence of the petitioners is not required for any enquiry.
