PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 94/2021 on the file of the respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A10 was arrested and remanded to judicial custody by the respondent police on 26.04.2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 109, 302, 307, 506(ii), and 120-B I.P.C., in Crime No.94 of 2021, seek bail.

2. This is the second bail petition and the earlier petition was dismissed by this Court on 11.06.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7526 of 2021 on the ground that the deceased suffered 29 cut injuries and the petitioner has three previous cases.

3. Taking note of the above fact and also the fact that there is no change in the circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
