ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 364(A) IPC in Crime No.105 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent Police.

3.The petitioner had earlier moved this Court seeking anticipatory bail and the same was dismissed on 25.06.2018. There is no change in circumstance. The petitioner is said to be master brain, behind the kidnapping the victim for ransom. He is also having two previous cases.

4.In view of all these aspects, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
