Petition filed to grant an order of Interim Stay of the order in Sa.Mu.No.A7/691/2020 dated 26.02.2021 passed by the 3rd respondent pending disposal of the above writ petition and thus render justice.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus and call for the records relating to the impugned order in Sa.Mu.No.A7/691/2020 dated 26.02.2021 passed by the 3rd respondent and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to promote the petitioner permanently as Senior Revenue Inspector in par with his juniors with all consequential benefits .
