ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction as against the 3rd respondent police not harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The petitioner lodged a complaint on 02.10.2025, and the rival group also lodged a complaint on the same day. The petitioner's complaint was registered as CSR No.549 of 2025, while the other complaint was registered as CSR No.550 of 2025.

3. According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the third respondent, both CSR complaints were closed on 17.10.2025, on the ground that the parties were advised to approach the competent civil court to resolve their issues. He further submitted that the petitioner would not be called for any further inquiry.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy before the appropriate Court.
