It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without due process of law.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that no case is pending against the petitioner. Therefore, there is no opportunity for the respondent to harass the petitioner.
