She informs that she had been in a friend's house and on coming to know of petition having been filed by the petitioner regards her absence, the friend's father has produced her before the Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti and thereafter she was lodged in a Home for a day and she is now produced by the second respondent. pursuant to minor disturbances, she had left, but, now had returned to the care and custody of her father/the petitioner.
