ORDER

The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court dated 06.10.2023 made in W.P(MD) No.23104 of 2023.

2. It is reported by the learned counsel appearing on either side that the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court has granted interim orders, for portion of the orders of the writ Court.

3. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed, with liberty to the petitioners to revive the contempt proceedings depending upon the outcome of the Writ Appeal.
