PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent for instructing the 2nd respondent to dispose the appeal dated 29.03.2023 within a stipulated period of time with direction to 3rd respondent to keep abeyance the impugned order vide no. Pa.Mu.(Pi.1) 760/2022 dated 06.03.2023 till the disposal of the appeal as it is Ultra vires.
