Kumbabisheka Festival for Arulmigu Shri Muthumuniyandy Temple situated at Kallurani Village & Post, Sivagangai Taluk, Sivagangai District which is to be conducted by the seventh to tenth respondents and scheduled to be held on 19.05.2024, without informing the petitioner and to take appropriate actions against the seventh to tenth respondents based on the petitioner's representation dated 20.03.2024.

2. There is no representation for the petitioner. However, a reading of the above prayer indicates that this Writ Petition has become infructuous as on the date.

3. Considering the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
