This petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register, the case based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 30.04.2016.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 30.04.2016, the 2nd respondent police registered FIR in Crime No.19 of 2016 under Sections 498 IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, on 14.08.2016. 3.Recording the above submission, this petition is dismissed.
