[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] Challenging the order dated 15.03.2022 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai in Crl.M.P.No.135 of 2022, this Writ Petition is filed with a consequential direction to forbear the respondent from in anyway dispossessing the petitioners from the property of house building bearing Plot No.7, Door No.132J, R.S.No.3/12, Ward No.71, Bagath Singh Street, Arappalayam Village, Arasaradi South Registry, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side submitted that the entire loan amount has been settled and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition stands closed.
