Heard both sides.

2. There is a dispute between the petitioner on the one hand and the 6th respondent on the other as to who should organize the petition mentioned programme. It is stated that the sixth respondent had earlier filed W.P.(MD)No.10051 of 2024 and direction was passed for considering the private respondents's application by the Assistant Returning Officer, Sivagangai Parliamentary Constituency. The petitioner is also permitted to approach the very same authority. The said authority will take into account the contentions of both the parties and pass an appropriate order. I consciously decline from entering into the merits of the matter.
