ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1 apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under section 379 I.P.C and Section 21(4) of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, in Crime No.658 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused had illegally transported one unit of river sand by using 407 Mini Tempo bearing Registration No.TN-24-Y-5215. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent, he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution, but he has been falsely implicated in this case.

CRL OP(MD). No.8252 of 2021 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side),on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is having two previous case. 5.Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is having two previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
