[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent would submit that the the writ petition has become infructuous, as the impugned circular issued by the third respondent on 07.06.2018 has been withdrawn by the proceedings dated 24.09.2018. He has also produced a copy of the above proceedings to that effect.

2.In view of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, WMP(MD)Nos.13365 and 13366 of 2018 are closed.
