ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that civil construction work executed by way of tender is not upto the mark and therefore, a complaint has been given to the first respondent on 24.03.2014. Unfortunately, the prayer in the present writ petition is vague.

2.Nevertheless, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner tried to impress upon the Court stating that the claim made by the petitioner is only related to the grievance of public. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of, calling upon the first respondent, District https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Collector, Madurai to consider the representation dated 24.03.2014 given by the petitioner on its own merit and in accordance with law. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the authority concerned is free to deal with the matter on its own merit as per law. No costs.
