ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 17.02.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents. 3.The sum and substance of the complaint of the petitioner is that the petitioner has lost his passport bearing No.J4952058, when he was proceeding towards Kallikulam bus stand by walk. Since the respondent police refused to receive the complaint in-person, the petitioner has sent a complaint to the second respondent through registered post. registered, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 4.There is an undertaking by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) to consider the complaint of the petitioner dated 17.02.2016 at an early point of time.
