ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 16.04.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the main petition itself was already closed in this case and therefore nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) that the main petition itself was closed, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. However the petitioner is at liberty to approach the third respondent if any criminal activities done by the private respondents on specific complaint.
