ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to transfer the FIR in Crime No.10 of 2015, which is pending on the file of the 2nd respondent, to some other agency and file the final report within a stipulated period of time. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner, a case has been registered against four employees of the scan centre and after proper enquiry, the respondent police are not able to collect substantial materials to fix the accused.
