O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.18 of 2023, dated 23.05.2023 and to file the final Report.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that certain scientific reports have to be obtained and the respondent police needs six more months for filing the final report.

3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to conclude the investigation and file final report within a period of six months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
