The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition, seeking to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to pay subsistence allowance to the petitioner for the period of suspension i.e.from 11.04.2014 to 10.12.2014 and regular salary w.e.f the date of reinstatement i.e. from 11.12.2014 to till date and subsequent months within the period that may be stipulated by this Honble Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the relief sought for by the petitioner has already been granted by the respondents and therefore, this petition may be closed as infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission, I am of the view that nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed as having been rendered infructuous.
