This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 1st respondent to withdraw the Crime No.172 of 2023 from the file of the 3rd respondent police and transfer the investigation to the file of the 2nd respondent police and consequently, to direct the respondents to file the final report within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that already they completed the investigation and filed the final report before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Aranthangi. Therefore, the transfer of investigation would not arise in this case.

3. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition, recording the above said submission of the learned Government Advocate that already they completed the investigation and filed the final report before the Page No. 2 of 4

Judicial Magistrate Court, Aranthangi, this criminal original petition is closed.
