O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents no.1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the 3rd respondent and not to harass the petitioner and his family under the guise of the enquiry by considering the petitioner's representation dated 02.04.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, he sent a complaint against the 3rd respondent to the respondents no.1 and 2 to take action and not to harass the petitioner through representation dated 02.04.2025, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner's daughter involved in a road accident case and during the enquiry, they found that the petitioner's vehicle only involved in the case and thereby, the 3rd respondent called the petitioner for enquiry purpose. Apart from that, they have not harassed the petitioner as alleged in the petition.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition and the representation of the petitioner is also pending with the respondents, it is for the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner. Therefore, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.04.2025 and act in accordance with law as early as possible. As far as not to harass is concerned, the respondents denied the harassment. Therefore, recording the above said submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
