Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to issue all the original certificate of the petitioner such as 10th & 12th mark statement, community certificate, transfer certificate and course completion certificate in respect of B.Ed., within the period that may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to issue all the original certificate of the petitioner such as 10th & 12th mark statement, community certificate, transfer certificate and course completion certificate in respect of B.Ed., within the period that may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel for the second respondent.
3.The learned counsel for the second respondent has produced the following original certificates of the petitioner, namely, 1) Transfer Certificate (DTE), 2)10th Mark Sheet, 3)12th
Mark Sheet, 4)Community Certificate, 5)Nativity Certificate, 6) D.EI.Ed I year Mark sheet (2 - two) and 7)D.EI.Ed II year Mark Sheet (1-One).
4.By order dated 05.08.2016, this Court has also directed the petitioner to bring a Demand Draft for a sum of Rs.33,000/- (Rupees thirty three thousand only) which was agreed to be paid to the second respondent. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner Mr.H.Mohamed Imran, represents that due to unavoidable circumstances, the petitioner is not present today. However, the learned counsel undertakes on behalf of the petitioner that the amount namely a sum of Rs.33,000/- will be directly paid to the second respondent namely the Principal, Thiravium Teacher Training Institute, Kailasapatti, Thamaraikulam (P.O.), Theni, on or before 22.08.2016.
5.Since the petitioner has not turned up today and has not produced the Demand Draft in terms of the order passed by this Court on 05.08.2016, the certificates produced before this Court by the second respondent is returned to him to make it available with the second respondent so as to enable him to hand over the same to the petitioner himself directly upon receipt of the Demand Draft for a sum of Rs.33,000/- (Rupees Thirty three thousand only) drawn in favour of the second respondent.
6.The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
