Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a WRIT OF CERTIORARI or any other Writ or Order or Direction in the nature of a Writ calling for the records relating to the order dated 22.07.2009 passed in Na.Ka.CS2-25334-08 on the file of the District Revenue Officer, Virudhunagar, the first respondent herein in so far as the same imposes a compensation of Rs.50,37,000/- with further direction to prosecute the petitioner is concerned and quash the same.
