ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to expedite the investigation in connection with Crime No.318 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police and file the charge sheet within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ instructions, would submit that the respondent requires two months time to complete the investigation.

4. Recording the submission made, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
