RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition no.6(b) imposed by this Honble Court the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No.8949/2022 dt.11/5/2022 so far as the petitioners are concern.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAMANATHAN R, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.AASHA, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8949 of 2022 on 11.05.2022. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners 2 and 3 are aged about 89 & 77 years respectively and the first petitioner is a practising advocate of this Court. Hence, they are unable to comply the conditions imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that petitioners 2 and 3 are directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.6125 of 2022 appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
