In view of the innocuous relief which is prayed for in the Civil Revision Petition to dispose of the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.24 of 2023 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Melur, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of on the following terms:

(i)The learned Subordinate Judge, Melur, is requested to take up the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.24 of 2023 for speedy disposal and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
