Prayer in WP(MD).24178/2019:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, Calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings dated 08.08.2019 in O.Mu.No.843/A1/2019 of the 2nd resopondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to approve appointment of the petitioner as Secondary Grade Teacher in the 3rd respondent School w.e.f.03.06.2019 with all attendant benefits including the arrears of salary and allowance.

This contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order, dated 22.11.2019, made in W.P.(MD) No.24178 of 2019.
