This criminal original petition has been filed seeking transfer of investigation in Crime No.27 of 2024, from the file of the third respondent to the file of the second respondent.
2.The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submitted that the case was registered in the month of February, 2024. However, no progress in the investigation. Therefore, this Court may transfer the investigation to 2/6
some other investigation agency.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the investigation is in progress and the respondent police have collected some material evidence.
4.Though the investigation agency have collected some materials, it is not sufficient for finding the truth. The investigation agency ought to have identified the manner, in which, the fake Aadhar cards have been prepared, used for impersonation and for creating fake documents in the SubRegistrar Office. 5.Though the case has been registered in the month of February, 2024, till now, the respondent police has not found out the truth. In order to give one more opportunity to the investigation officer, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Ramanathapuram, is directed to monitor the investigation and the investigation officer has to put earnest efforts to find out the manner, in which, the fake Aadhar cards have been prepared and also find out whether any role played by the Sub-Registrar concerned or the 3/6
Staffs of the Sub-Registrar Office.
