RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed by order dated 29.04.2021 in Crl.OP(MD) No.6092/2021 in so far as directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.25000/-.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.BALAMURUGAN.S., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed vide order dated 29.04.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No. 6092 of 2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail with a condition to pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- to the Arulmighu Ramalinga Swamigal Dharmasalai Trust(Old Age Home) Valvangi Village, Aruppukottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District. He would further submit that the petitioner is struggling hard for his livelihood and he is unable to mobilize the said amount, hence he seeks modification of the said condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. This Court after considering the merits of the case and the role played by the accused had passed the order. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to modify the said condition.

4. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
