ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 427 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.111 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with the other accused waylaid the defacto complainant and abused him with filthy language and also assaulted him with hands and caused serious injuries to him. Therefore, the present case came to be registered.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL.OP(MD).No.9301 of 2022 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that there are totally three accused and two were already secured by the police. This petitioner is absconding and having 6 previous cases.
