ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner on the basis of his complaint to the respondents 1 & 2 dated 06.04.2022. 2..The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that there was property dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 4 & 5. Thereby, the petitioner filed a suit in O.S.No.185 of 2020 on the file of the District Court, Karur and thereafter, it was transferred to Mahila Court, Karur and the same is pending. When the suit is pending, the private respondents threatened the petitioner to withdraw the suit. Hence, the petitioner sent a representation to the respondents 1 & 2 on 06.04.2022 to take action against the private respondents. But, the same was not considered. Hence, the petitioner filed this petition with the above said prayer. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue a direction to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.04.2022 and pass appropriate orders.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner's representation, dated 06.04.2022 will be considered in the manner known to law.

5.Accordingly, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 06.04.2022 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy this order after providing an opportunity to the aggrieved persons if any including the private respondents. 6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
