This petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioners in the guise of enquiry. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the dispute between the husband and wife was settled amicably before the Mediation Centre, attached to this Bench and he has also made an endorsement to that effect, which reads as follows:- "The dispute between the husband and wife was settled amicably before Mediation. In view of the above settlement, this Criminal Original Petition may be disposed of."
