O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has produced a copy of the closure report and submitted that based on the complaint of the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Watrap Police Station, Watrap and after enquiry, the complaint was closed.

3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
