COMMON PRAYER: Petitions are filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code praying to call for records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.51 of 2015 on the file of the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Dindigul and quash the same as illegal insofar as the petitioners are concerned. 2. Permission is granted. These Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.

However, taking into consideration the sensitive nature of the allegations in the First Information Report, this Court is of the view that it will be in the fitness of things, if the Deputy Superintendent of Police, District Crime Branch, Dindigul Sub-Division, monitors the investigation in Crime No.51 of 2015 that is being conducted by the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Dindigul.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), on instructions, submitted that if six months time is granted, investigation in Crime No.51 of 2015 can be completed.

5. Recording the same, the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Dindigul, is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.51 of 2015, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
