(MD) No.1589 of 2018 in Crl.A.(MD) No.40 of 2018, dated 10.04.2018. 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner is abiding the condition from 10.04.2018 onwards . https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

3.On side of the respondent, it is stated that the petitioner is abiding the condition regularly.

4.In the above facts and circumstances, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed on condition that the petitioner has to co-operate with the Court for the speedy disposal of the main case.
