PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the respondents 1 & 2 herein not to harass the petitioner on the guise of the enquiry in pursuance to the complaint lodged by the third respondent.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, based on the complaint given by the third respondent. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 20.07.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was ordered to be posted to day 11.08.2021, under the caption "for dismissal".

3.Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner appeared through video conference.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the third respondent as well as the petitioner herein, enquiry was undertaken in CSR No.1201 of 2021 and during the course of investigation, it was found that the issue is purely civil in nature and accordingly the parties were advised to approach the concerned Civil Court to redress their remedy, thereby, it was closed on 02.07.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 5.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional
