ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side. The petitioner presented the petition mentioned sale deed for registration. The property comprises share belonging to a minor. Since a property of a minor cannot be alienated without the permission from the court, the third respondent rightly informed the petitioner that the sale deed will not be entertained. Therefore, no relief can be straightaway granted to the petitioner. But the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the family is facing immense pressure at the hands of the financial institutions and that therefore, unless they are permitted to sell the properties, the entire property will be sold for a song. 2.Taking note of the same, I permit the petitioner to move the jurisdictional court to sell the minor's property. If such a petition is filed, the same will be entertained and disposed of by the jurisdictional court within a period of four weeks from the date of such filing. 3.With this liberty and direction, the writ petition is disposed of. 12.08.2022 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No skm 2/4
