[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that during the currency of the writ petition, the respondents 1 to 4 took action for clearing the canals in respect of R.S.Nos.483/17 and 505/12 at Thickanamcode Village, Kalkulam Taluk, Kanyakumari District.

2. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
