ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 376 I.P.C and Section 3(1) of Dowry Prohibition Act, in Crime No.5 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The petitioner had already moved the application for grant of anticipatory bail and the same was dismissed on 14.06.2018, after taking note of the serious allegation made against the petitioner. Since there is no change in circumstance, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
