ORDER
It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the second respondent police frequently called the petitioners and harassed them under the guise of enquiry.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that no petition and no CSR is pending against the petitioners. He would further submit that the second respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioners.

Advocate, there is no scope for harassment. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
