When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has died and the legal heirs of the petitioner are not interested in pursuing this writ petition.

2.Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, M.P(MD)No.1 of 2014 is closed.
