Prayer :- Civil Revision Petitionis filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the Ist Additional District Munsif, Nagercoil,to expedite the trial and dispose of the Original Suit No.248 of 2013 within a time frame fixed by this Court. ORDER:This Revision Petition listed today under the caption 'for extension of time', upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the earlier order of this Hon'ble Court dated 28/08/2020 made in CRP(MD)624 of 2020 and the requisition letter submitted by the I Additional District Munsif, Nagercoil in D.No.33/2023, dated 06/01/2024, this Court made the following order: This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in O.S.No.248 of 2013.

2.This Court already disposed of the Civil Revision Petition by order dated 28.08.2020 and directed the trial Court to dispose of the case in O.S.No.248 of 2013 1/3

on the file of the learned I Additional District Munsif, Nagercoil, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Thereafter it was extended. Now the learned I Additional District Munsif requests further time to dispose of the said case.

3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned I Additional District Munsif, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, six months time is granted for disposing O.S.No.248 of 2013 on the file of the learned I Additional District Munsif, Nagercoil, is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay.
